The process of creating a profile in the system, as well as any login or use of available functionalities, constitutes a binding declaration of intent by the user. This means full, unconditional agreement to the operating terms, internal policies, and security standards imposed by the provider. If you do not accept any point of these terms and conditions, you must immediately leave the site and stop using the offered tools.

Only individuals who, under the laws of their jurisdiction, have full legal capacity to act and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the services. By creating a profile, the user declares that the personal information provided is fully authentic, accurate, and up-to-date. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification at any time during the collaboration. An entity may only possess one account assigned to it.

The user of the services is obliged to strictly adhere to legal norms and to ensure the confidentiality of their authentication data. The use of automated scripts, bots, tools for modifying the website code, or systems that disrupt server stability is strictly prohibited. It is also inadmissible to use the platform for purposes of money laundering, financial fraud, or harassment of other community members. Any attempt at manipulation will be immediately reported to the relevant economic crime prevention units.

The execution of capital transfers to and from the account (if applicable to the specifics of the profile's operation) must be carried out using financial instruments registered in the name of the account holder. The operator does not charge hidden fees for basic deposit handling, however, we reserve the right that external banks and payment gateway operators may impose their own currency and operational commissions, over which we have no direct influence. Funds in the system are not interest-bearing and are not intended for investment purposes.

Using the platform involves specific risks. The operator does not guarantee profits, financial success, or the maintenance of the initial capital in any way. The results of individual sessions are random or depend on mechanisms beyond the complete control of the service provider. The responsibility for decisions made and balance management lies solely with the user.

The entire visual, structural, and auditory content of the service – including database architecture, logos, source codes, graphics, texts, and proprietary algorithms – is the exclusive intellectual property of the operator or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially reproducing any elements without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright laws.

While using the platform, the user may encounter hyperlinks leading to external information portals or software providers. The presence of these links is purely navigational. The operator does not continuously verify their content, is not responsible for their security policies, nor for any losses resulting from interactions with external virtual environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, server errors, telecommunication failures, or acts of force majeure. We make reasonable technical efforts to maintain service continuity, but the platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of flawless operation.

Either party has the right to terminate this agreement. The user can request the closure of their profile at any time. We, as the service provider, reserve the right to immediately block or permanently delete the account in case of detection of serious violations of the terms and conditions, attempts at financial fraud, or provision of false identity data during registration, reserving the right to claim damages.

Any disputes, interpretations of provisions, or claims arising from the use of the platform shall be settled based on the applicable substantive and procedural law of the Republic of Polskiej. The competent court for resolving any conflicts that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiations shall be the ordinary court corresponding to the operator's headquarters within the territory of Polska.
